This product based on high quality resin system with elastic aggregates. This product features: excellent durability,excellent weatherability,elastic touch,slippery proof, good physical and mechanical properties,resistance to chemicals and UV.

Typical Uses:

This product is designed to protect the internal walls of crude oil tank, oil product tanks, oil storage tank and oil pipeline against corrosion,Laboratory,parking lot,workshop,sports field,hospital,Garage,factory,sport field.

Application Guide:

● Mixing:
Mix part A and part B as 20:4 by weight. Slowly add part B into part A and ensure mixed completely.
● Mixing Ratio:
Part A: Part B=20:5 (by weight)
● Thinner:
X-10 polyurethane paint exclusive thinner ≤ 10 % w./w.
● Airless Spray:
Pressure : 1800 - 2700 psi ,Hose: 1/4" ID, Tip:.015" - .021".
Thinner ratio: 0~15% (by weight of paint).
● Brush, Roller:
Nylon / polyester.
1/4 - 1/2" woven.

Drying Schedule:

Surfacec Treatment

All surfaces to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.
Bare steel: sandblasting to Sa2.5(IOS8501-1:2007). For the non-soaking site, acceptable for power tool grinding, at least reach St2(IOS8501-1:2007).

Steel painted work shop primer: apply to clean, dry, intact and approved primer.
Painted surface: only apply to clean, dry and intact compatible primer.

Safety and Health

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, ventilated and away from heat sources warehouse. Storage temperature above 0℃, the shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
