This one-component paint is mainly composed of acrylic resin, pigments, fillers, solvent, etc. Its film has excellent performance in toughness, adhesion and abrasion resistance. Besides, the conspicuous film is provided with great resistance to water, alkali, and weathering. What’s more, it’s impressive that this paint will not bleed into the asphalt pavement.

Application Guide:

Mixing:
rReady to use.
● Thinner:
Acrylic thinner
● Airless Spray:
Nozzle tip: 0.017~0.023 inch.
Spray pressure: 15~18 MPa.
Thinner ratio: 0~15% (by weight of paint).
● Brush, Roller:
Recommended.
Must achieve required thickness.

Drying Schedule

Surface Treatment

A: For the concrete base floor, first ensure reliable moisture-proof facilities are set below the base concrete. New concrete or the cement base shall be cured for at least 28 days with moisture content not exceeding 5%. The moisture content shall be evaluated empirically.
B: The surface of the base shall be clean, firm and free from contaminants such as mortar paint splashes, curing agent, grease, etc. It’s better to roughly polish the excessive floating pulp and grind the oily ground with electric angle grinder.
C: Defects such as cracks and drums shall be repaired first.
D: The surface shall be clean, firm and dry whatever methods are used to treat it. Above all, the surface shall not be in the state of rising moisture.
E: The base layer shall be cleaned and burnished with a grinder.

Application

Substrate temperature shall be at 3 ℃ higher than dew point, relative humidity less than 85%. Measurement of temperature and humidity should be close to substrate.

Safety and Healthy

Please refer to MSDS before using this product. If you do not fully understand the restrictions, or cannot follow MSDS directions strictly, do not use this product. The coating is a water-based coating. Water-based solvent has mild eye irritation, upper respiratory tract irritation, long-term close contact with dry skin, etc. Proper ventilation and precautionary measures must be in place. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.

Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.

Storage:

Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. The shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf life, the products shall be tested before using.
