This two component paint is mainly prepared by epoxy resin, curing
agent, dispersant, and aggregates depend on requirements. Main
advantages of this paint are great resistance of slippery,
electrostatic, acid and alkali. Moreover, it also has good
resistance to organic solvent, heavy load and abrasion. It combines
incredible hardness and bonding power to provide a heavy duty and
to be used as topcoat.
This product is widely used for a wide range of floors with various
levels of mechanical and chemical exposure, such as warehouse,
garage, office building and laboratory. What’s more, it also can be
used for hospital, electronics factory, food and beverage factory.
Use the power mixer to mix the main paint evenly, and then as you
stir it, you add the hardener until you get to mix well. Generally,
if the temperature below 10 ℃, it needs 20 min induction time; if
the temperature over 10℃, it needs 15 min induction time.

Part A: Part B= 20: 5 (by weight).

All surface to be coated shall be clean and dry. The surface shall
be evaluated and treated according to ISO8504 standard.
Steel: Sanding to Sa2.5 (ISO8501-1:2007). It is acceptable to
polish by power tools to meet at least St2.0(ISO8501-1:2007).
Concrete surface treatment:
a. First of all, it is necessary to confirm whether reliable
damp-proof facilities are installed below the concrete base. The
new concrete or cement base should be cured for at least 28 days,
and its moisture content should not exceed 5%. The moisture content
of the base should be evaluated by empirical method.
b. The base surface should be clean, solid and pollution-free, such
as slurry and paint splashing, curing agent, grease and so on. For

strictly, do not use this product. This volatile product is
flammable. Keep this product away from flame or fire. Smoking is
strictly prohibited in working area. Keep working area ventilated
during application to make sure solvent vapor content is low in the
air. PPE is necessary to avoid this product contacting with eyes or
skin. More detailed safety tips are based on practical situation.
Please handle used paint barrel correctly to avoid any pollution.
Store this product in shady, dry, and ventilated warehouse. The
shelf life is 12 months at room temperature. If exceeding shelf
life, the products shall be tested before using.
